Boulder Structure Fire
At approximately 08:00 on February 25th, 2021 Boulder Fire-Rescue Department was dispatch by the Boulder Police & Fire Communications to a possible structure fire in the 1800 block of Bluebell Ave. Engine 2502 arrived on scene to a two-story structure under construction with smoke showing and a working fire on the Delta side, and pulled an 1 3/4 line for fire attack and primary search. Engine 2503 secured the water supply at 17th St & Bluebell Ave. and Engine 2504 assisted with the primary search. Crews got the fire under control within 20 minutes, and crews started an extended overhaul on hot spots. One patient was evaluated by AMR on scene with a non-transport, and one firefighter was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
