The Denver Fire Department presented “Advanced Vehicle Extrication” Chop Shop with a two-day course was held on August 28th & August 29th, 2021. The Auto Extrication course provided rescuers with the skills to handle vehicles of today and the future. The instructors continue to be on the leading edge of extrication techniques along with vehicle industry changes, with real-life rescue experience to the course. Rescuers learned new methodology to basic principles and advanced alternatives for general application. The two-day course included hands on skill building that focused on tool application to a variety of classic scenarios. Additional information provided by Denver Fire Department
