Arvada Otis Street Working Structure Fire

On December 28th, 2022 at 18:30 Arvada Fire Protection District responded to a working structure fire at a single-family residence on the 6600 block of Otis Street. The fire was quickly put out. but two pets perished in the fire. One resident was medically evaluated on scene with no other injuries reported. The cause and origin of the fire is under investigation.
American Red Cross of Colorado was dispatched and provided immediate assistance to the victim. Additional information provided by Arvada Fire Protection District
