Aurora Brush Fire

On September 18, 2022 at approximately 17:32 Aurora Fire Rescue was dispatched to a reported outside fire on E. Milan Dr. and S. Alicia Way in Mission Viejo. Firefighters arrived on scene within minutes and found heavy fire and smoke in the ravine that extended to the fence and trees of the residence. Crews were able to extinguish the fire within minutes of arriving on scene. Firefighters completed operations for extension, mopping up hot spots and conducting overhaul. No injuries were reported and the cause of fire is under investigation.
