Sterling Garage Fire

At 03:00 on December 27th, 2022 Sterling Emergency Communications Center (SECC) dispatched Sterling Fire Protection District to a working structure fire in the 250 block of Colorado Place. Fire 1 arrived on scene to a detached garage with heavy fire threatening the house. Engine 10 deployed a hand line and confined the fire to the garage. Firefighters were able to get a quick stop on the fire with no injuries reported and the cause is under investigation. Additional information provided by Sterling Fire Protection District
