Westminster Brush Fire

On September 17th, 2022 Westminster Fire Department with Adams County Fire Rescue was dispatched to a reported brush fire in the area south of W. 104th Ave. near Perry St. in Westminster. Engine 4 arrived in the area off W. 104th Ave. with smoke showing and started the investigation. Brush 11 & Brush 6 made access via a field and started fire attack. Crews worked the fire in a thick group of brush and trees. The fire was quickly put under control and crews worked on overhaul with hot spots. The cause is under investigation.
