Adams County 2nd Alarm

On March 15th, 2023 at 14:05 Adams County Fire Rescue with Westminster Fire Department responded to a reported structure fire at Hawthorne Place and Federal Blvd. AdCom advised multiple callers reporting smoke and flames showing and possible party inside trapped. Engine 12 arrived on scene to a fully involved camper-trailer and spreading to a two-story residential structure, pulled 1 3/4 for fire control and primary search with Medic 12. Engine 1 arrived and secured the water supply and then pulled a 2nd line in. Battalion 1 arrived and assumed command. Crews worked heavy fire and command requested a 2nd alarm. The fire was put under control with no reported injuries. Total loss of the camper, and partial loss of home. Additional information provided by Adams County Fire Rescue
