Boulder Commercial Fire

On March 4th, 2023 around 17:00 Boulder Fire-Rescue Department and Louisville Fire Protection District responded to the Boulder County Recycling Facility (Eco-cycle) at 1901 63rd St. in Boulder to a possible structure fire. Engine 2507 arrived to a large recycling facility with a working fire and started fire attack and aerial ops. Engine 2503 secured the water supply and Tower 2516 assisted with fire attack. Crews found a pile that caught on fire inside the facility and was quickly extinguished before spreading to other nearby piles or machinery.
