Foothills Pancake Breakfast

Foothills Fire Protection District held their annual fundraiser pancake breakfast at the Fire Station in Lookout Mountain on June 4th, 2023. Despite the rain the the event had almost 900 people come out to support the department and enjoy the pancake breakfast served by the department and auxiliary, meet up with the firefighters with fire engine rides, games, a silent auction, the fire safety dog, alpaca petting, and many booths with valuable safety information. Highland Rescue Team, Jefferson County Sheriff, Jefferson County Open Space Park Rangers, Jefferson County Animal Control, Colorado State Patrol, Front Range Animal Evacuation Team, L.O.L.A.’s Rescue and others also participated in the event. The annual event is hosted by the Foothill Fire Auxiliary to help raise funds for the fire department. Additional information provided by Foothills Fire Rescue.
