Poudre House Fire

At 12:25 on January 31st, 2023 Fort Collins 911 (FC911) dispatched Poudre Fire Authority to a reported structure fire in the 1100 block of Ellis St in Fort Collins. Engine 3 arrived on scene of a two-story single-family home with light smoke showing. Crews found a working fire on the second floor and got a quick knockdown on the fire. Two residents were home at the time of fire due to smoke alarms sounding and evacuated on their own. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
