East Grand Structure Fire

On October 24th, 2023 around 11:00 Grand County 911 dispatched East Grand Fire Protection District, Grand Fire Protection District and Grand County EMS to a structure fire at the Waterside West Condos on Waterside Drive in Fraser. Crews arrived to heavy smoke and fire showing and pulled 1 3/4 and then another 2 1/2 line. Firefighters pulled a handline off of Tower 491. Once crews were able to get a knock on the fire they began to overhaul the units involve. No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
