Loveland Basement Fire

Just after 13:30 on January 2nd, 2023 Loveland Emergency Communications Center (LECC) (200) dispatched Loveland Fire Rescue Authority, Berthoud Fire Protection District and Thompson Valley EMS to a residential fire in the 1400 block of N. Adams Ave. Engine 41 arrived on scene and reported smoke coming from small single-story residential, with the occupant informing the crew that everyone had made it out of the home safely. Engine 41 advised of a basement fire and pulled a green line to the Bravo side for fire control and Engine 42 secured the water supply. Battalion 41 arrived and assigned Tower 46 with utilities and search with Rescue 42. Engine 45 pulled a 2nd line for fire attack. Crews found fire in the crawl space which was quickly exhausted.
