WWII Veteran Birthday Celebration

A birthday celebration on July 15th, 2023 in North Loveland for Roger, a World War II veteran that turned 100. Roger was a combat glider pilot and later a C-47 pilot in World War II, he was awarded the Air Medal for his brave actions in Southern France. Loveland Fire Rescue Authority, Loveland Police Department and Larimer County Sheriff’s Office joined Roger’s family, friends and neighbors for the celebration. Information and story provided by Loveland Fire Rescue Authority
