West Metro Trapped MVA

On July 15th, 2023 around 12:37 West Metro Fire Rescue responded to a MVA with possible trapped parties on W. 32nd Ave. and Teller St. in Wheat Ridge. Engine 16 arrived on scene to a two-vehicle MVA with T-bone intrusion to one vehicle from a moving type van. Crews started extrication and an additional medic was requested to the scene. District 1 arrived and assumed command. Medic 11 transported one patient to a local hospital with unknown injuries. Additional information provided by West metro Fire Rescue
