Adams County Mobile Home Fire

On February 8th, 2024 at 03:32 Adams County Fire Rescue responded to a fire in a mobile home in the 5400 block of Tejon St. Crews got water on the fire quickly and one occupant evacuated the mobile home. Crews later located their dog, that had escaped the fire as well. Unfortunately the mobile home was a total loss. ACFR fire investigations team determined the fire was caused accidentally, and had originated near the propane stove that was being used to heat the home. There were no injures.
