Aurora Residential Structure Fire

On July 14th, 2024 at approximately 13:46 Aurora Fire Rescue was dispatched to multiple reports of a residential structure fire in the 17400 block of Grand Ave. in the Pheasant Run neighborhood. Falck Medic 106 arrived to the scene confirming a working structure with flames and smoke in the backyard. Engine 6 made a quick fire attack. American Red Cross was notified for housing assistance. Crews remained on scene for overhaul and fire arson was notified. The cause of fire is under investigation.
