Mountain View Structure Fire

At 03:18 on March 27th, 2024 Weld County Regional Communications Center dispatched Mountain View Fire Rescue to a report of a residential fire in the 1120 block of Mac Lean St. in Dacono. Dacono Police Officers arrived on scene and reported a fully engulfed. Engine 2207 arrived to a small mobile home with flames from the Bravo side and started fire attack in the defensive strategy. Engine 3401 secured the water supply to Engine 2207 and Battalion 2260 assumed command. Firefighters were able to get the fire out quickly, but the home suffered significant damage from the flames and smoke. No one was injured and the cause is under investigation.
