Forsythe II Prescribed Burn

Mountain View Fire Rescue crews have been assisting in a USFS prescribed burn up in the US National Forest near Gross Reservoir in the Forsythe Canyon and the Winiger Ridge area on April 19th, 2024. MVFR Wildland Team participated with a Type 6 Brush engine with 4 crew members , and a short squad of 3 crew members. Fire Management Officer Paul Ostroy was also in attendance from MVFR.
