On August 16th, 2024 at Weld County Regional Communications Center dispatched Greeley Fire Department and UCHealth EMS to a residential structure fire in the 400 block of 14th St. in Greeley. Within 10 minutes of their arrival, firefighters had the fire under control! Firefighters rescued two dogs and two cats and were able to prevent any other injuries from occurring to citizens or fire personnel. Crews remained on scene for mop up and investigative operations.
