Engine 6 arrived to a small two-story home with a working fire and pulled a line for fire attack with Engine 1. Engine 10 secured the water supply to Engine 6. Crews remained in the offensive strategy for the first hour of the fire fight while battling windy conditions and then the fire was transitioned to a defensive strategy and crews focused on containing the fire to the home and preventing any spread. Tower 1 set-up for master stream operations. Three residents were transported for evaluation and two dogs did not survive the fire. Crews cycled throughout the night for fire watch.
