Loveland Structure Fire

At approximately 21:20 on November 18th, 2024 Loveland Fire Rescue Authority was dispatched to Golden Willow Court in North Loveland for a reported structure fire. Engine 45 arrived to a small trailer home with smoke coming from the Alpha side of the structure and reports of someone still inside, deployed a hose line to the interior for fire control and a second crew entered for a search. No one was located in the structure by the search crew and all occupants were quickly accounted for. One occupant was evaluated/treated by Thompson Valley EMS for injuries sustained while attempting to extinguish the fire. The cause of the fire was from an occupant that fell asleep while smoking which caught the mattress on fire. Information provided by Loveland Fire Rescue Authority
