Lakewood Garage Fire

At 10:09 on November 17th, 2024 West Metro Fire Rescue was dispatched to the 800 block of Vivian St. in Lakewood for a structure fire. Engine 2 arrived to a small single-story single-family home with a fire in the garage and pulled 1 3/4 for fire attack with Medic 3. Engine 3 set-up for the water supply, Tower 2 with the primary search and Medic 1 as medical. District 2 arrived and assumed command with a small fire in the garage in the offensive strategy. Crews were able to get a quick stop on the fire with no extension into the main structure. The fire cause is under investigation. Additional information provided by West Metro Fire Rescue
