Western Fremont Fire Protection District (WFFPD), covering 14 square miles in Fremont County (Colorado) including the areas of Arkansas River Canyon, Coaldale, Cottonwood Creek, Kerr Gulch & Pleasant Valley. (FDID #04315)
Western Fremont Fire Protection District formerly was part of the Deer Mountain Fire Protection District and in 2008 Coaldale left the district and Western Fremont Fire Protection District was formed by the citizens of the areas of Pleasant Valley from Cottonwood Creek to Kerr Gulch.
