Aurora Structure Fire

On May 30th, 2023 at approximately 14:25 Aurora Fire Rescue was dispatched to a reported residential structure fire at 199095 E. El Dorado Place. Engine 10 arrived on scene and observed smoking coming from the eaves. Engine 10 began a fast attack while Engine 6 established a water supply. Crews were on scene about forty minutes extinguishing the fire, checking for extension and ventilating the building. No injuries were reported and lightning is believed to be the cause of the fire. The American Red Cross was contacted to assist the residents.
