Loveland Structure Fire

Around 21:45 on October 20th, 2025 Loveland Emergency Communications Center (200) dispatched Loveland Fire Rescue Authority, Berthoud Fire Protection District and Thompson Valley EMS to a structure fire in the 400 block of Davidia Court in North Loveland. Engine 45 arrived to a small single-story residential with nothing showing and started the investigation with all occupants evacuated. Battalion 41 arrived and assumed command. Firefighters located the fire in the walls within a utility chase and was put under control with crews ventilated the smoke from the home and ensuring all hot spots were extinguished.
