On October 23rd, 2025 at 10:46 West Metro Fire Rescue was dispatched to an MVA on S. Kipling Parkway at S. Lakehurst Way in Lakewood. Upon arrival, one vehicle was blocking the southbound number 2 lane of S. Kipling and a second vehicle was on the right shoulder of the eastbound lane of S. Lakehurst Way. All parties self-extricated. One party was transported to a local hospital for further evaluation. Lakewood Police Department secured the scene and provided traffic control. Incident under investigation.
