
Loveland 15th Street Multi-Family Structure Fire
Loveland Apartment Fire
On December 14th, 2025 at 13:55 Loveland Fire Rescue Authority, Thompson Valley EMS and Berthoud Fire Protection District were dispatched to a multi-family structure fire at 2150 W. 15th St. Engine 43 arrived on scene and reported a working fire from a lower apartment and declared an offensive strategy. Engine 43 deployed an initial attack-line to the fire apartment, Rescue 42 was assigned forcible entry and search. Engine 42 laid a supply line in to Engine 43 and was then assigned to assist with fire attack. Battalion 41 completed a command upgrade, assumed 15th Street Command, and requested working fire notifications. Engine 41 Captain was assigned as the attack group supervisor and the Ladder 46 Lieutenant was assigned as the support group supervisor. The fire was reported knocked down at 14:04. Crews completed a primary search-evacuation of the entire structure with negative results. The fire was contained to one apartment that sustained heavy fire and smoke damage. Emergency Management coordinated temporary sheltering with the apartment manager for displaced occupants. Information and photos provided by Loveland Fire Rescue Authority
