Station 4 Grand Opening Ceremony

On September 18th, 2026 the Livermore Fire Protection Distric celebrated the grand opening of its new Station 4 on Red Mountain Rd. This station will provide improved response times along US 287 and for the increasing residential development along Red Mountain Rd. District voter approved a mill levy increase which funded the construction and the land for the station is leased from Colorado State University. The new station has five equipment bays and will include a meeting room, office, kitchen, tool room and decontamination room. The station has it’s own well for a water supply as well as a 9500 gallon cistern.
