Laramie County Fire Volunteer Academy

On October 26th, 2024 the Laramie County Fire Authority (Wyoming) hosted their 2024 Volunteer Academy live burn. This academy gives the LCFA Recruits the ability to go hands on with what they have learned and put everything together on a live fire exercise. Recruits were able to practice their communication, teamwork, hose management, fire attack, ventilation, and scene size up through multiple evolutions. Other volunteer and career members were present to assist in operations and refill bottles to keep the recruits moving through the evolutions.
