Cimarron Hills Structure Fire

On June 25th, 2025 the Cimarron Hills Fire Department was dispatched to the 2100 block of Poteae Circle for a possible structure fire. On scene, firefighters were met with a detached shed on fire and upgraded the incident to working fire. Quickly firefighters from Cimarron Hills and neighboring Falcon Fire Protection District knocked down the fire and began overhaul looking for extension into the main home due to reports of lightning strikes in the area. No injuries were reported, and the cause of the fire is under investigation. Additional information provided by the Cimarron Hills Fire Department.
