Estes Park Emergency Communications Center
Estes Park Emergency Communications Center (EPECC), is a computer-aided dispatch center with enhanced 911 capabilities. The center employs 8 full-time Emergency Services Dispatchers and is supervised by the Communications Manager. EPECC operates with a minimum staffing of 1 dispatcher at all times, with optimal coverage of 2 people. The Estes Park Police Department also has a mobile communications and command center that is used for large-scale events., an area of approximately 400 square miles.
EPECC consists of these agencies: Estes Park Police Department, Estes Park Health Paramedics, Estes Valley Fire Protection District, Glen Haven Area Volunteer Fire Department & Rocky Mountain National Park Fire.
