South Adams County Station 23

Station 23 – Derby

Fire Station 23 is located at 6550 E. 72nd Ave. and was built in 1978. The station is named “Derby Devils” and is the busiest stations in the district.

Former South Adams County Fire Station 23 and Headquarters until 2017 and closed for a few years and became Northglenn Ambulance/South Adams County Paramedics Station 23 until 2022. The station reopened in 2022 after a complete renovation.

The Squad responds in place of other suppression apparatus to reduce wear and tear, along with unwarranted responses, keeping them in service for other calls.

Squad 22 was relocated from Station 22 with the addition of Truck 22/Engine 21 and Ambulance 22.
