Station 15 – Murphy Creek

(Battalion 3) Fire Station 15 is located at 1880 S. Flat Rock Trail & E. Jewell Ave. and opened May 15th, 2018.

ENGINE 15

(00151) 2020 E-One Cyclone (142641) with a 1,500 gpm pump (Hale Qmax), 490-gallon water tank, and 40-gallon Class A foam cell (FoamPro 2002).

TENDER 15

(60147) 1996 International 4900 / E-One with a 500 gpm pump, 1,500-gallon water tank, and 1,500-gallon porta-tank. Former Tender 13.

Fire Station 15 was located at 1680 S Catawba Circle in Murphy Creek. This station was replaced May 16th, 2018 at a new location on E. Jewell Ave. and S. Flatrock Trail.

Fire Station 15 shown here under construction and is located at 1880 S. Flat Rock Trail & E. Jewell Ave. This station had a delayed opening due to a 2nd alarm attic fire during construction on November 29th 2017, South Metro Fire Rescue also assisted with the fire.

ENGINE 17

(20138) 2002 E-One Cyclone (125222) with 1250 gpm pump and 500 gallon water tank. Former Engine 8. Engine 17 went into service on October 15th, 2019, and ran out this station until the construction of Station 17, which was completed on January 29th, 2021.
