Station 35 – Centennial

(Battalion 5) Fire Station 35 is located at 12080 E. Briarwood Ave. and was built in 1986. Former Castlewood Fire Protection District (Colorado) Station 5.

(3347) 2015 Pierce Velocity (27850) 95′ mid-mount aerial platform 2000 GPM (Hale) pump, 300 gallon water tank and 20 gallon foam cell.

*Tower 35 will become a reserve in late 2024 and will be replaced by Tower 34 (SM3327).

RED 1

(3368) 2023 Oshkosh Striker 4×4 1950 GPM pump, 1500 gallon water tank, 210 gallon foam tank and 550 lbs. dry chemical system. nicknamed “Fiona”. Twin to Red 2.

RED 3

(3202) 2015 Ford F-550 4×4 Super Duty / Oshkosh Stinger 250 GPM pump, 300 gallon water tank, 40 gallon foam cell and 450 lbs. of Purple K. Former Red 2.

RED 4

(3325) 1998 E-One Titan II 4×4 1500 GPM pump, 1500 gallon water tank, 200 gallon foam tank and 450 lbs. of Purple K. This apparatus serves as a reserve and training Red. Former Red 35, Red 1 and Red 3. Red 4 is used as a reserve ARFF unit.

RED 2

(3202) 2015 Ford F-550 4×4 Super Duty / Oshkosh Stinger 250 GPM pump, 300 gallon water tank, 40 gallon foam cell and 450 lbs. of Purple K. Became as Red 3.

SAFETY 35

(2205) 2020 Ford F-150 4×4 – Police Responder / South Metro Fleet Services. Became Safety 2 and moved to Station 44.
