Fire Station 61 is located at 1275 W Midway Blvd and opened in mid-November of 2022.

BATTALION CHIEF 61

(Broomfield Battalion) 2020 Chevy Silverado 2500 4×4. Outfitted by NMFR Fleet Services. Located at Station 61.

ENGINE 61

(U-16) 2019 Pierce Velocity (32660-01) 1500 GPM (Pierce PUC) pump, 500 gallon water tank and 20 gallon foam cell (Husky).

MEDIC 61

(M-12) 2015 Ford E-450 / PL Custom Medallion (15-3384).

Fire Station 61 at the current located on Midway Blvd. and was built in 1956. Former West Adams County Fire Protection District (Colorado).

1992 Pierce Dash 1000 GPM pump and 750 gallon water tank. Became Sable Altura Fire Rescue (Colorado) Engine 413.

2000 Ford E-350 / McCoy Miller. Former Ambulance 60.

(M-5) Ford F-450 4×4 Super Duty / MedTec.

(U-10) 2007 Spartan Gladiator / Smeal 1500 GPM (Waterous) pump, 750 gallon water tank and 20 gallon foam cell (FoamPro).

(M-7) 2011 Ford E-450 / PL Custom Medallion (11-2865). Became a reserve medic at Station 61.

MEDIC 61

(M-12) 2015 Ford E-450 / PL Custom Medallion (15-3384). Relocated to Station 65 during construction of Station 61, which was completed in late 2022.

Temp Station 61

Temporary Fire Station 61 is located on 1st Ave. next to the Fire Department Headquarters.  Fire Station 61 was rebuilt at the same location on Midway Blvd. and opened in late of 2022.
