Station 16 – University Park

(District 3) Fire Station 16 is located at 1601 S. Ogden St. and was built in 1966. Station 16 covers single and multi-family homes, light commercial, a portion of Interstate 25 & the University of Denver.

(E113) 2020 Pierce Velocity (33960-01) 1500 GPM (Waterous) pump, 500 gallon water tank and 30 gallon foam cell (Akron Eductor). Twin to Engine 17.

TRUCK 16

(T54) 2012 Pierce Velocity (25827-01) 105′ rear-mount ladder, twin to Truck 19.

AIR/LIGHT 16

(R25) 2010 International 4400 / Pierce (22951) walk-around rescue. Former Air/Light 8. This unit responds to structure fires to replace and refill SCBA Bottles to get companies back in service on scene.

1988 E-One Hurricane 110′ rear-mount ladder 1500 GPM pump and 300 gallon water tank.
