Station 2 – Retreat

Fire Station 2 is located at 142 Elk Ridge Dr. This station is in need of an extension, which will minimize response time in an event of a fire and or medical emergency. The project is completely funded through donations and fundraising events from Matthew Argo, Eagle Scout Project. The project will run between $16,000 to $20,000 with the south wall extended approximately 13 feet. This will house fire units so that the water tanks do not freeze, and the rigs are constantly charged for use at any time, currently the extra units are stored outside. Donations are tax deductible, and can be made to: Glen Haven Area Volunteer Fire Department P.O. Box 53 Glen Haven CO 80532, and in the memo line please put “Eagle Scout Project”. Any donations of $200 or higher will be added to a Donor Wall Plaque, which will be hung in the fire station.
