Station 1 is located at 311 County Road 74E.
ENGINE 1
1991 Pierce Dash (E-5904) 1500 GPM pump and 750 gallon water tank, former Golden Fire Department Engine 3.
Engine 1 is dedicated on the side of the cab to Thomas D. Young from the Golden Fire Department. In July 1990, Young was critically injured during the rescue of a downed hang glider pilot on Lookout Mountain. His injuries left him paralyzed from the neck down.
