Fire Station 1 is located at 31 Walnut Dr. Former Frederick Area Fire Protection District (Colorado) Station 1. This station is scheduled to be replaced in the Colorado Blvd. & Tipple Parkway area in 2031.

(T-0048) 1987 GMC Brigadier 4×4 300 GPM pump, 3000 gallon water tank and 3000 gallon port-a water tank. Former Frederick Area Fire Protection District (Colorado) Tanker 8.
