*Air Link at Medical Center of the Rockies, established in 2012 and was located at Medical Center of the Rockies in Colorado, and served residents within a 200-mile radius of Loveland, Colorado.

Air Link began a partnership with REACH Air Medical Services in May of 2016.

*Air Link at Medical Center of the Rockies and Memorial Star Transport operations were consolidated into UCHealth LifeLine on February 1st, 2017.

Air Link 1 operates out of the Regional West Medical Center in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. The service area also covers parts of northern Colorado.

(N930EM) 2011 Eurocopter AS350B3 (7230) was located at Medical Center of the Rockies in Loveland. This aircraft was transferred to UCHealth LifeLine in 2017, reregistered as N67RX, and operated as LifeLine 1 until 2019.
