Siuslaw Valley Fire & Rescue (SVFR), covering 100 square miles in Lane County (Oregon) including the areas of Ada, Canary, Clear Lake, Florence, North Fork & Sutton.

Siuslaw Valley Fire & Rescue has a IGA agreement with the Western Lane Ambulance District (WLAD).
