(N413UH) 2012 Bell 407GX (54341), and located at the University of Utah Hospital. AirMed was established on June 16th, 1978, as the eighth air medical transport program in the nation. The main base is located at the University of Utah Hospital in Salt Lake City with satellite bases located in Layton, Park City, Nephi, and Tooele as well as two aircraft in Rock Springs, Wyoming.
