Adams County Structure Fire

At 20:40 on April 15th, 2025 Adams County Fire Rescue responded to a structure fire in the 6000 block of Vrain St. in Arvada. Engine 12 arrived to a small one-story residential to smoke showing from the Alpha side and attic and pulled 1 3/4 for fire attack. The home was evacuated, and there were no injuries to the residents, but unfortunately two dogs passed away in the fire. The cause of the fire was determined to be accidental by ACFR Investigations team. Westminster Fire Department also responded with mutual-aid.
