Aurora Garage Fire

At 09:15 on March 2nd, 2025 Aurora Fire Rescue responded to a garage fire in the 12400 block of E. Kansas Place. Engine 4 arrived to a one-story single-family with a working fire from an detached garage fully involved and threatening other units and pulled 1 3/4 for fire attack with Engine 7. Engine 11 arrived and secured the water supply. The fire was put under control around 09:30. No extension to the nearby residence. No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire is under investigation. Additional information provided by Aurora Fire Rescue
