The annual Bennett-Watkins Fire Rescue awards banquet was held April 26th, 2025 at the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center in Aurora. The winners were: 15 years of Service Caleb Conner, 25 years of Service Earl Cumley, A-Shift Volunteer of the Year Dylan Leigh-Manuel, B-Shift Volunteer of the Year Jennifer Hutchins, C-Shift Volunteer of the Year Zachary Davis, Administration of the Year Victoria Flamini, Support Services Member of the Year Josh Jones, Career Member of the Year Giavonni Tolvo, Officer of the Year Brian Ness, EMT of the Year Luke Schirmer, Paramedic of the Year Zachary Davis and welcomed a new retiree Rob Dawkins with 10 Years of Service with Bennett-Watkins Fire Department as a volunteer.
