North Metro Structure Fire

On August 22nd, 2025 around 10:15 Broomfield Public Safety Communications Center dispatched North Metro Fire Rescue District to a reported structure fire at 2885 E. Midway Blvd. Engine 64 arrived to find light smoke in the structure and went inside to investigate with Medic 64 while their officer was performing a 360. Crews pulled 1 3/4 line to the front door as a precaution. Occupants advised that they woke up to smoke in the structure and evacuated. Crews checked under the trailer for fire and no active fire was found but some did fins items underneath just overheated which produced the smoke odor. No injuries were reported in the incident.
