2nd Alarm Structure Fire

On January 13th, 2025 at approximately 10:08 the Poudre Fire Authority and UC Health EMS were dispatched by Fort Collins 911 to the 400 Block of S. Overland Trail. Crews arrived on scene to find a working fire and began an offensive attack. Next in units began a primary search and confirmed everyone had been evacuated from the structure. Crews communicated the fire under control at 10:27. At that point they began working on hot spots. The cause of the fire is under investigation by the Poudre Fire Authority.
