On January 10th, 2025 at approximately 18:17 the Loveland Fire Rescue Authority, Berthoud Fire Protection District, Thompson Valley EMS and Loveland Police Department were dispatched by the Loveland Emergency Communications Center to a building collapse in the 3600 block of Draft Horse Drive. Engine 50 arrived to find a building with minor damage. Crews from Tower 46, Squad 46, Engine 50 and Battalion 41 investigated the damage and confirmed it to be superficial damage to the outside of the building only thanks to a beam on the inside of the building preventing any structural integrity damage to the building. The accident is under investigation by the Loveland Police Department
