West Metro Apartment Fire

On July 24, 2025 at 5:49 West Metro Fire Rescue was dispatched to a reported residential structure fire in an apartment building at 915 Carr St. in Lakewood. Engine 3 arrived on scene to large three-story multi-family with active fire coming from the third floor of the building. Firefighters quickly extinguished a room and contents fire and were on scene about thirty minutes checking for extension and ventilating the building. No injuries were reported and the cause of the fire is under investigation. Additional information provided by West Metro Fire Rescue
