Loveland Aster Place Garage Fire

At 16:46 on January 7th, 2025 Loveland Fire Rescue Authority was dispatched out from Loveland Emergency Communications Center (LECC) to a residential structure fire in the 700 block of Aster Place in Loveland. Crews reported seeing a smoke plum while enroute. Engine 42 arrived and reported a working fire with a fully involved attached garage on a single-family home and conducted a 360. Engine 43 provided Engine 42 with a water supply. Engine 42 reported fire into the attic. It was reported that everyone was out of the house and an offensive, property risk fire was declared. Hose lines were deployed to the garage, through the front door, and a fog nail to the roof. Once the fire was declared out, fans were placed in the front door for smoke in the home. Command requested mutual-aid from Poudre Fire Authority to cover Station 45. Overhaul included removing a motorcycle and pick-up truck from the garage.
